  • Content data: posts, images, videos, and captions you schedule or publish through the platform.
  • Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, collected via server logs for security and troubleshooting purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate and maintain the scheduling platform on your behalf.
  • To publish content to the social media accounts you have authorized.
  • To send transactional emails (e.g. password reset, post failure notifications).
  • To maintain platform security and investigate abuse.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on servers located in Germany. We apply industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit and encrypted storage of sensitive credentials. Access to the database is restricted to authorized administrators only.

When you connect a social media account, you authorize us to interact with that platform's API on your behalf. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own privacy policies (e.g. TikTok, Meta, Google, LinkedIn). We have no control over those platforms' data practices.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will erase your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
